Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

Every Noor order ships free of charge, no matter where you are in the world. There are no minimum order values, no thresholds, and no hidden fees.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait — 2–4 business days
• Rest of Middle East — 3–5 business days
• Europe & USA — 5–7 business days
• Rest of world — 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates are guidelines and may vary during peak seasons such as Ramadan and Eid.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your pendant on its journey to you.

Packaging

Every pendant arrives in our signature sage green Noor gift box, nestled in a matching leather pouch, with Noor's personal letter inside. It is ready to give as a gift the moment it arrives.
